Someone always on our mind
31 Dec is the last day of the year.
It is also the day we remember a special friend.
It has been some years since we last saw her.
Her image still vivid in our mind.
She is unique because she embodies the sweetest of what man is capable.
Remember the joy that she radiates brilliantly.
Remember the smile on her face that warms the earth.
Remember the infinite strength of her spirit that everything is possible.
Remember the warmth that she brings to everyone of us.
On this day, we remember a special friend.
She is there in our hearts.
Her presence as strong as ever.
ODACians, cherish each other and our friendships as she has shown us how; let us be the best at what we do for she has proven us nothing is impossible; let us in our own ways remember Dolly.

HELP WANTED!!!
Let us volunteer ourselves for this Sat event... not alot to ask of us for a gang of passionate people about adventure racing and promoting it.
Here is the email from SAM:
"Hi people, its me again..and when its a personal email, its never good news cox it means i need your help once again.
This Sat, 29th Sept, the Extreme Outdoor Sports (EOS) society is organising a mountain bike race at Lorong Halus. It will be a 6 hours race from 2pm to 8pm. A race can never function properly, or even at all, without the help of the race crew. Yes, i'm here asking for people to volunteer their services. To be frank with you, i would love to pay all of you all for your work, but we're unable to do so. As it is, we are running a loss just to run the event. But we have decided to continue despite it because we think this event will greatly improve the skills and experience of all the cyclists in Singapore. It will not be an easy race: it will take team work (2 people are riding together at all times), skill (because of the route) and endurance (6 hours) to complete the race.
Crap, i'm digressing.
Anyway, we do require quite a bit of help. So do email me if you're free on Sat. its pretty much an entire day affair.
Just a heads up, Race volunteers need to bring their own water, (water is limited there), snacks, sunblock, insect repellent, torch light and cap. Feel free to bring whatever other 'necessities' . To facilitate your travelling, a van will pick you up from Punggol MRT at 11am. Please do have a heavy breakfast as no lunch will be provided (sorry, really low budget)...BUT dinner is!!!
Really hope to have a good response from you guys, after all, since we were all from outdoor sports in one time or another in our life before, its time to contribute back!
Please feel free to email me for additional details if need be, or call me at 81027320.
Thanks in advance, really appreciate if you can sacrifice your time and energy to help out...cheers, Sam"
